A MESSAGE FROM OUR ADVISER

Hello, and thanks for stopping by our website! We hope you will consider applying to the LEAD Program. My role, as the Adviser, is to facilitate and aid in your personal leadership development journey. All participants in the program, including myself, are equal partners in the learning and group process. My advice, if you decide to apply and are accepted, is for you to believe in this process, and in yourself as a leader. I would also encourage that you commit yourself fully to the program and the organizations in which you are a member to fully unlock your potential. Please know that I am always happy to grab a cup of coffee or smoothie to further discuss and reflect on various leadership topics!

A MESSAGE FROM THE TEAM

Simply said, the mission of the LEAD Program is to train and develop campus leaders through a multi-year program that will include workshops, integration opportunities, team building exercises, and community service, in order to discuss and experience leadership at its core. We look for members of the student body that not necessarily exhibit charismatic qualities by a set standard, but peers who wish to explore and inquire the depths of leadership itself.
