Hanh Doan, 21’

Hanh is from Hanoi, Vietnam. She is in her third year at Washington and Lee University, and is double-majoring in Business Administration and Mathematics. Besides serving as the Education Liaison and participating in the LEAD program, Hanh is a Peer Tutor, Career Fellow with the Office of Career and Professional Development Office, Campus Global Ambassador, and is a member of the Connolly Entrepreneurship Society. Outside of her academics, Hanh enjoys cooking, baking, working out, and hiking with friends. Hanh joined the LEAD program because of its devotion to personal development and reflection. After a year of participating in LEAD as a Tier 1 member, she has gained in-depth personal insights, problem-solving skills, as well as the confidence to communicate and cooperate with other members in a team setting.

Grace Sullivan, 21’

Grace joins us from Wantagh, New York. She is also in her third year at Washington and Lee University, and is majoring in Cognitive and Behavioral Science, and minoring in Data Science. In addition to her active participation in LEAD and serving as the Integration Chair, Grace is a member of Alpha Delta Pi, TriBeta, and Campus Kitchen. Grace enjoys running, photography, and traveling when she is not busy with her studies. Here is what Grace had to share about why she joined the LEAD program, “The LEAD Program offers a unique opportunity not only to analyze and improve upon your personal leadership skills, but also how to lead alongside others. Participating in the LEAD Program has equipped me with the skills to be a more effective leader both on and off campus.”
